Biography

Jesher specializes in applying nondestructive evaluation (NDE) techniques, specifically reflective and through-transmission ultrasonic testing and ground penetrating radar, to investigate concrete-related problems in structures. His experience includes investigations of historic buildings, bridge decks, bridge piers, parking garages, tunnels, prestressed and post-tensioned structures, slab-on-grade, and foundations. He also provides computer-aided design and computer modeling services for architectural and structural design and repair projects. In addition, Jesher has performed condition assessments, structural testing, quality assurance inspections, and development of repair plans and specifications for numerous types of existing structures.
