Biography

Kyle Millemon is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 12 years of experience in Structural Building design and Forensic Investigations. His forensic background includes numerous investigations of damage to structures resulting from hurricanes, tornados, fire, vehicular impacts, foundation movement, seismic activity, blast/explosion, wind, hail, and water intrusion. Additionally, he has investigated structural and building envelope failures due to product and installation deficiencies. His forensic expertise includes investigating construction defect claims and evaluating resultant damage. Kyle provides litigation support for various parties, such as building owners, contractors, and insurance carriers. Kyle’s building design experience includes new construction and renovations of multiple hospital and medical office buildings, education facilities, sports facilities, and commercial/industrial structures. He is experienced in the design of deep foundations, concrete, wood, and steel framed structures, connection detailing, tornado storm shelters, and blast design. His design expertise includes analysis of existing structures and repairs to multiple structure types. Kyle was heavily involved in preparing structural design packages as the engineer of record as well as construction administration, including field inspections and repair designs. Kyle is licensed as a professional engineer in multiple states.
