Piotr Rusinkiewicz PE, RRO

Biography

Piotr is a Senior Project Manager with over a dozen years of experience in forensic investigations of building failures and the design & administration of construction projects. His expertise includes remediation of construction defects, repairs, and maintenance of aging structures. Piotr also has experience consulting on building envelopes for new construction and restoring historic properties, including several landmark buildings. Prior to joining YAES, Piotr led hundreds of projects for engineering firms providing consulting on restoration, new construction, and litigation support. He has also worked as a construction chemical scientist in laboratories in Germany and New Jersey. Piotr has been an active member and held leadership positions for several professional organizations, including the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Society of Testing Methods (ASTM), the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), and the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).
