Biography
Saif Jassam is a licensed professional engineer proficient in the assessment, analysis, and repair of structures (existing and currently under construction) damaged by natural and man-made events such as: snow, wind, hurricane, hailstorm, earthquake, tree impact, vehicle impact, water intrusion, construction vibration, and foundation movement. Saif has also assisted his clients with claims involving damages to interior and exterior architectural finishes (roofing, building envelope, flooring, ceiling) as well as non-building structures such as retaining walls, driveways, and general flatwork. Saif is proficient in assessing stainless steel wine storage tanks;
Saif has assessed numerous stainless steel wine storage tanks in New Zealand after the 2016 Kaikoura Earthquake. Saif’s clients include insurance carriers, independent adjusters, attorneys, property owners, property management companies and HOAs, architects, and contractors. Saif has worked on claims in New Zealand as well as in the following states: California, Louisiana, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, and Florida.
