HVAC Mechanical Systems Analysis

YAES engineers routinely evaluate Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration systems in a wide variety of building types. Our engineers are experienced in all aspects of these systems, including design, diagnosis, operation, and maintenance. Systems we commonly investigate include furnaces, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, packaged HVAC units, commercial cold storage, pumps, piping, fans, and ductwork. We also have experience with gas-fired appliances including cooking equipment, laundry equipment, and gas logs.

YAES services include: evaluations of industry standards and local and national building code requirements. Investigations, repair recommendations and cost estimating are frequently provided for:

  • Hail damaged AC units, cooling towers, rooftop units, and pipe insulation
  • Fire and smoke damaged air handling units, ductwork, and insulation
